Bill Beachum, a high school classmate of my son Mark, was an Indianapolis police officer and FBI agent before he returned to Birmingham to run his family’s business. Beachum concluded the Christopher Busch lead was a valid suspect and prepared the attached Affidavit (Exhibit G) which he would have submitted to his superiors if he was still an active agent. Beachum also understands that the FBI agents involved in the case have approved his conclusions.
